Game-Ready Environments

A well-crafted environment does more than just look good, it tells a story, sets the mood, and pulls players into your world. I specialise in creating game-ready environments that balance strong composition, optimised performance, and immersive detail.

Whether you need a handcrafted diorama, a full-scale level, or modular kits for flexible level design, I’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

What to Expect

Smart material setup

RGB-packed masks, trim sheets, and consistent texel density—ready for your master materials or layered shader setup.

Optimised under the hood

Instancing, LODs, proxy meshes handled from the start to keep performance high without sacrificing fidelity.

Tailored to your style

Painterly, gritty, stylised or grounded—I’ll work within your visual language to keep things feeling cohesive.

Scene-ready or kit-based

You’ll get a lit, assembled scene or a clean, modular kit with everything organised and ready to drop into engine.

Built Modular

Assets are made to snap together cleanly. Build out new areas, remix existing ones, or expand your world without extra modelling.

How It Works

I create high-quality, game-ready environments which tell your story, ensuring they look stunning while running efficiently in-engine. Here’s the process:

You send the brief, references, or sketches

Whether it’s a design doc, moodboard, or a greybox level, I’ll use what you have to lock in scope and direction.

Initial asset list & layout plan

We’ll agree on what’s included. Modular pieces, hero assets, tileables and how they’ll fit together.

Mid-stage check-in

I’ll share renders or engine shots mid-way to make sure everything’s landing the way you want.

Final kit delivery or assembled scene

You’ll get a polished, drop-in level or a modular kit ready for remixing. Labelled, packed, and engine-ready.

“Liam delivered exactly what we needed—clean, optimised assets that fit our game’s style perfectly, we must have sold a million extra units thanks to his assets. Super easy to work with!”

"The attention to detail in the props was incredible. They brought our vision to life!"

FAQs

Here are some common questions about our pipeline support services.

What if I don’t have concept art?

You don’t need a dedicated concept for the prop itself! If you have an environment concept, general sketch, or style references, I can create the assets featured in it, matching the overall look and feel of your project. Even if you just have a rough idea, I can help bring it to life.

Do you work with Git or other version control systems?

Yes! If your project is managed through Git, Perforce, or another version control system, I can integrate directly into your repository, keeping assets organised and versioned properly.

Can you match my game’s existing art style?

Absolutely! Whether your game is stylised, realistic, or something unique, I can match its art style using your references, art bible, or in-game assets. My goal is to ensure seamless integration.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

For large asset packs or multiple props, I offer pricing adjustments. Let’s discuss your project’s scope!

How do revisions work?

I include a set number of revisions to refine details. Major design changes after approval may incur additional costs, but I always communicate upfront.
